Obama says he got Libya wrong because he did not plan for the aftermath.
One of the mistakes of Iraq was inadequate planning. Rumsfeld "knew" a small force could conquer the Iraqi military. He did not appreciate the problem that doing so would cause the occupation. This was compounded by removing Baath Party police from their jobs.
Obama being unaware of the problem is astonishing.
His first mistake was going beyond the UN no fly zone mandate.
The UN policy was of a design to foster talks. That was to allow some opposition within the civilian process of governance.

4.He has no problem with removing people from Gaza (ethnic cleansing/war crimes).

6.He is bullying the world with tariff threats undermining the world economy
7.He has reduced foreign aid.
8.India disputes that he resolved the matter with Pakistan (they had their fleet ready to destroy the Karachi port when it ended).
9.Iran says Trump is both right and wrong about his claims as to the impact on their "nuclear" capability (right so he goes away, wrong because they have yet to decide whether to negotiate or acquire the weapons secretly or some hybrid of the two – where they remain on the cusp of capability).
One could add the mess in Sudan. But he did something to help in Eastern DRC (Congo).
